We require payment in full to be received at the time of service, and we are happy to offer itemized billing statements for all services. We are pleased to provide an advanced estimate prior to surgical or other procedures and welcome any questions you may have about the cost for such services.
If you require a statement for submission to your insurance company, simply let us know at the beginning of your visit. It will be prepared and ready for pick up at the end of your appointment.
